THE ACID - BASE BALANCE
A healthy acid-base balance reflects a equilibrium between acids and alkalines in the body and is necessary for metabolic processes to function normally. A relatively constant pH value of the blood, as well as of the outer and inner cellular spaces is necessary to achieve this balance.
For this purpose, there are several regulating systems– the so-called buffer system. If the buffer capacity is decreased for a longer period of time, then the acid-base balance of the body is latently disturbed.
Since the body cannot completely eliminate the resulting acids, these are deposited, among other things, as wastes in the connective tissues of the body.
This acidity is reflected in an inability to concentrate, listlessness and fatigue. This acid-base balance disturbance can be caused, e.g. by an unbalanced diet that results in acidosis, or it can be caused by stress or negative environmental factors. Various diseases, paticularly chronic diseases and an accelerated aging process may either result from or be aggravated by acidity.
Ingesting alkaline minerals (strong base salts with weak acids) can improve the buffer capacity and thus the effects of an acid-base imblance can be counteracted in the long-term.
This base drink is a balanced combination of alkaline minerals, especially calcium, magnesium and potassium.
The 3% coral calcium and the 2.5% zeolith content make this product so valuable.
INTAKE RECOMMENDATION
It is important to use this product regularly and at approximately the same times every day. Taken as suggested, this adequately covers the minimal daily requirements for the minerals listed above.
