Larix decidua / Larch
PLANT DESCRIPTION
The larch is a graceful tree that can reach a height of 30 meters. It prefers the edge of woods and hills, and its bark is coarse. The male yellow and the female red blossoms are to be found on the same tree, and they open as soon as the green needles appear. They are in bloom from the end of March to April.
PREPARATION: boiling method
MOOD GROUP: Despondency and despair
NEGATIVE CONDITION
Lack of self-confidence means that these people will fail to do something out of fear or not even dare to attempt it (although consciousness of one's own abilities exists). Also good for tests, interviews etc.
-
Larch personalities are convinced of their own inadequacy and for this reason allow many chances to pass them by.
-
By nature they are shy, reserved and hesitant. They feel inferior to others and for this reason often cannot assert themselves.
-
They admire others and their successes, but don't feel any envy towards them.
-
Larch can also help when one is faced with big private or professional decisions and does not have sufficient inner strength to tackle them.
-
One can take larch for a short period, too, in order to gain more self-confidence, for example before exams/tests or performances.
POSITIVE POTENTIAL
Larch strengthens decisiveness, courage and readiness to take risks. This preparation promotes consciousness of one's own positive qualities and gifts, and phrases like "I can't do that“ are no longer used so indiscriminately. Honest modesty and one's own critical powers are intelligently employed, also in dealings with fellow human beings.
BACH QUOTE
"For those who don't consider themselves as good or talented as other people around them. They count on failing and have the feeling of not being able to succeed. So they don't even dare make an effort that could be strong enough to bring them success.“
