Bromus ramosus / Wild oat

PLANT DESCRIPTION

This grass is primarily found in damp areas at the edge of the woods, along hedges or along the shore. It reaches a height of 60 to 150 cm. The narrow, lightly hairy leaves are wrapped around the long straw. The flower panicles hang down loosely. It is in bloom from July to August.

Too many choices (also talents) lead to confusion. Uncertainty about one's true calling in life. Unclear about what one wants to or should do. Indicated when almost all other Bach flowers seem to fit.

• Despite many gifts, an unclear picture of one's goal in life, but always on the search for it.
• It is difficult to choose between many possibilities. (Compare this with Scleranthus, where it's a question of choosing between two alternatives.)
• Inner disruption and the unsatisfied feeling of "hanging in the air." Frustration.
• Helpful in situations where one has come to a fork in the road.
• These people start many things and try their hand at relatively numerous occupations, but they get easily bored and would rather allow themselves to drift.
• For the most part their behavior is unconventional because they do not want to get lost in the masses.
• Wild Oat should be taken for an extended period of time (a few months).
