Nearly 1000 years ago Hildegard von Bingen had already written about the „Queen of the Fruits“. The chestnut is probably the most valuable fruit Mother Nature has given us here in Europe. It contains practically all the mineral salts and many vitamin complexes. Also it only truly releases its fruit, when it has reached its full ripeness.
The „electricity“ of the chestnut fruit, which is drawn out of the air through its barbs, activates the spleen and strengthens the blood. The chestnut also loosens physical as well as spiritual blockages.
RECOMMENDATION
Add 1 Teaspoon chestnut powder in Ľ liter of boiling water. Allow to boil for a brief time, then cover for 10 minutes to steep. Within 1 – 2 hours, drink in sips with the clumped powder therein. Do this for 3 to 6 weeks, 2 times a day. If necessary, this regimen can be repeated after 3–4 weeks.
