For sport competitions, we suggest that you take 5 to 10 grams of chlorella daily. During longer breaks, the dosage should be halved. For sport injuries, one should take at least 10 grams daily as a food supplement.
People who do sports in their free time should take 5 grams during periods when they are actively participating in sports. During other times, half the amount suffices.
