| Organic Sweet Whey | | | |
Our organic sweet whey is carefully dried at low temperatures using a modern spray drying method. Just prior to packaging, the contents are enriched with dextrorotary L (+) lactic acid bacteria (lactobacillus acidophilus und bifi dus bacteria) in a concentration of 10 over 6. That is equivalent to 6 million bacteria per gram and can be compared with fresh natural whey.
Since the living cultures of lactic acid bacteria in this organic sweet whey are highly sensitive to high temperatures and mechanic handling, they are most carefully mixed and packaged manually in a special procedure. This guarantees a biologically high quality.
Organic sweet whey – with lactobacillus acidophilus and bifi dus L (+) cultures encourage a healthy intestinal flora.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
For a snack, one should drink between a qarter of a liter and half a liter of whey. For a fl uid diet (as a substitute for solid foods) one should drink between one and a half and two liters per day. The whey powder can also be added to sweet or dairy dishes, as well as to salad dressing, gravies and sauces, desserts and mueslis.
