GROWING AREA
Ginger powder is the dried, peeled, fleshy and nutritious rhizome (or root) of a perrenial plat that can frequently be found in southern China, India and Japan and that is eaten in the countries mentioned because it is known to aid digestion.
The ginger powder that we use in our products has been organically farmed.
Ginger has many active ingredients, espeically the essential oils, which give it its hot, spicy taste and its unique aroma. These essential oils are said to be responsible for helping digestion – i.e., they are „little helpers" for our digestive systems.
